Telma-MCT 50/12.5 Tablet ER is a combination of three medicines: Chlorthalidone, Metoprolol Succinate and Telmisartan which lower blood pressure effectively.

• It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
• Telma-MCT 50/12.5 Tablet ER may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and Inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth.
