Tdla 10 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tdla 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Tdla 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tdla 10 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Does Tdla 10 Tablet affect fertility?
T Dla 10 Tablet is not associated with fertility changes. It works by relaxing penile blood vessels, which contributes to its effectiveness in treating erectile dysfunction.
Should I avoid alcohol while taking Tdla 10 Tablet?
While mild alcohol consumption may not be problematic, excessive intake (5 units or more) can increase the risk of headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate, and potentially low blood pressure.
Does Tdla 10 Tablet delay ejaculation?
T Dla 10 Tablet is not known to cause delayed ejaculation. Its primary use is in treating erectile dysfunction.
What symptoms warrant discontinuing Tdla 10 Tablet?
If you experience sudden vision loss (in one or both eyes), a sharp decrease in hearing, ringing in your ears, and dizziness, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor. Similarly, if you experience prolonged erections lasting for more than four hours or painful erections exceeding six hours, seek immediate medical attention.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tdla 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Tdla 10 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
- Do not use Tdla 10 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain) if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tdla 10 Tablet.
Breastfeed
Information regarding the use of Tdla 10 Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. Tdla 10 Tablet is not indicated for use in women.
Pregnancy
Tdla 10 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
