Tazzle 10 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tazzle 10 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Tazzle 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tazzle 10 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Can the use of Tazzle 10 Tablet affect fertility?
Tazzle 10 Tablet does not impact fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on reproductive health.
Do I need to avoid alcohol while taking Tazzle 10 Tablet?
While moderate alcohol consumption may be tolerated, excessive alcohol intake (5 units or more) might increase the likelihood of experiencing headaches, dizziness, elevated heart rate, and low blood pressure.
Does Tazzle 10 Tablet delay ejaculation?
Tazzle 10 Tablet does not delay ejaculation. It is prescribed for erectile dysfunction treatment.
What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue Tazzle 10 Tablet?
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, a sudden decline in hearing or hearing loss, ringing in your ears and dizziness. Additionally, contact your doctor immediately if you encounter prolonged erections lasting longer than 4 hours, or painful erections lasting longer than 6 hours.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tazzle 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Tazzle 10 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tazzle 10 Tablet.
Breastfeed

Pregnancy
Tazzle 10 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
