Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR is a medicine used for treating high blood pressure, lowering the risk of future heart attacks and strokes, and improving survival chances in patients with heart attacks. Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate. It is used for treating high blood pressure, lowering the risk of future heart attacks and strokes, and improving survival chances in patients with heart attacks. Early treatment with this medicine also improves the chances of survival in patients with heart attacks.
Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate.
Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR is to be taken with food.
- You have been prescribed Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR for the treatment of high blood pressure.
- Lowering blood pressure reduces chance of future heart attack & strokes.
- It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can cause sudden increase in your blood pressure.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR.
Breastfeed
Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Pregnancy
Tazloc-Beta 25 Tablet PR is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
