Surdilan 10mg Tablet is a vasodilator and uterine relaxant used in the treatment of premature labor and peripheral vascular diseases. Surdilan 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day to get the most benefit. The dosage and frequency depend on the condition being treated, as determined by your doctor. Common side effects include dizziness, which can be minimized by rising slowly from a sitting or lying position. Inform your doctor if you have heart problems or bleeding disorders, and avoid strenuous activities to prevent premature labor.
Surdilan 10mg Tablet is a beta-adrenergic agonist. It works by preventing the contractions of the smooth muscles in the uterus, thus relaxing the uterus to prevent premature labor. It also helps in widening blood vessels to increase blood flow, thereby improving blood circulation to certain parts of the body such as the hands, feet, and brain. Therefore, it also treats peripheral vascular disease.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Surdilan 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Breastfeed
Surdilan 10mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Pregnancy
Surdilan 10mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
