It contains three active ingredients: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation. Paracetamol is an antipyretic that helps reduce fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, promoting healing. While this medication is effective in managing pain and inflammation, it may cause side effects such as dizziness and sleepiness. It is important to take this medication with food to avoid stomach upset and to avoid consuming alcohol as it may increase the risk of liver damage.
