SR Pevesca Plus 75 Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of neuropathic pain, helping to decrease pain by controlling calcium channel activity of the nerve cells and providing essential nutrients to the body. SR Pevesca Plus 75 Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of neuropathic pain. It helps to decrease pain by controlling calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. It also provides essential nutrients to the body.
SR Pevesca Plus 75 Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Folic Acid is also a form of vitamin B which provides essential nutrients to the nerves. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. SR Pevesca Plus 75 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

- Avoid consuming alcohol when taking SR Pevesca Plus 75 Tablet as it may cause excessive sleepiness.
- Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression or suicidal thoughts or behavior.
- Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.
