Signoflam-TH 8 Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Thiocolchicoside) and two pain relievers (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol). The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation.
