Shellking OT Tablet is taken orally with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Shellking OT Tablet consists of calcium orotate and vitamin D3. Calcium orotate as a source of calcium prevents or treats calcium deficiency. Vitamin D3 helps maintain blood calcium and phosphorus levels and mineralisation of bone. When you don't get enough vitamin D from food sources and sunlight exposure, Shellking OT Tablet helps replenish those low levels.

Inform your doctor if you have kidney problems or have ever had kidney stones. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medications like antihypertensives, antibiotics, antacids, other calcium supplements, or medicines for heart disease or bone disorders. Inform your doctor if you are taking an iron supplement, as the absorption rate of Shellking OT Tablet might be affected. Along with taking this medicine, take a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals.
