Rutoheal-D Tablet is a pain relieving medicine used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Rutoheal-D Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor. Some of the common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and indigestion. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help you with ways to reduce or prevent the side effects.
Rutoheal-D Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside and Diclofenac. Trypsin and Bromelain are enzymes. They increase blood supply and make the body produce substances that fight pain and swelling. Rutoside is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) and further reduces swelling. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Rutoheal-D Tablet contains Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside, and Diclofenac. This medication helps relieve pain and swelling (inflammation). It works by lowering the levels of these substances that cause pain and swelling in the body.
Can the use of Rutoheal-D Tablet cause dizziness?
Yes, some patients may experience dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) after taking Rutoheal-D Tablet. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, rest and resume when feeling better.
Are there any specific contraindications associated with the use of Rutoheal-D Tablet?
Rutoheal-D Tablet is not recommended for patients with known allergies to painkillers (NSAIDs) or any components/excipients. Avoid this medication if you have a history of stomach ulcers, active or recurrent ulcer/bleeding. It should also be avoided in patients with pre-existing heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.
Can I take more than the recommended dosage of this medicine?
Taking a higher dose of Rutoheal-D Tablet increases the risk of side effects such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, indigestion, diarrhea, and can also damage your kidneys in the long term. If you experience increased pain or swelling not relieved by the recommended doses, consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
What is the recommended storage condition for Rutoheal-D Tablet?
Keep this medicine in its original container, tightly closed. Store according to the instructions on the packaging or label. Dispose of unused medicine safely and do not give it to pets, children, or others.
Can I stop taking Rutoheal-D Tablet when my pain and swelling (inflammation) are relieved?
Rutoheal-D Tablet is usually taken for short periods and can be discontinued once the pain and swelling subside. However, it should continue as prescribed by your doctor.
Can Rutoheal-D Tablet cause nausea and vomiting?
Yes, Rutoheal-D Tablet may cause nausea and vomiting. Consuming this medicine with milk, food, or antacids may prevent these side effects. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with the medication. In case of vomiting, drink plenty of water or small frequent sips. If vomiting persists, consult your doctor, as it may indicate dehydration (dark-colored urine and a low frequency of urination).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rutoheal-D Tablet is to be taken with food.
- Rutoheal-D Tablet helps relieve pain and inflammation that may occur due to trauma, surgery or everyday activity.
- It may also be used to relieve inflammation in rheumatic and degenerative conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
- Take it with plenty of fluids an hour before or two hours after a meal.
- It may increase the severity of your condition at the start of treatment. Continue using it as prescribed by your doctor.
- It may cause dizziness and blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
Alcohol
