Rozavel F 20 Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines used to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, reducing the risk of heart disease. Rozavel F 20 Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Rozavel F 20 Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL).
Can the use of Rozavel F 20 Tablet cause liver damage?
Rozavel F 20 Tablet contains Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. Very rarely (1 in 10,000 patients), liver damage can occur as a side effect. Patients with pre-existing liver disease should avoid using this medication. Report any early symptoms of liver problems such as fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), or abnormal liver enzymes to your doctor immediately.
Can the use of Rozavel F 20 Tablet cause muscle pain?
Yes, Rozavel F 20 Tablet may cause muscle pain due to muscle injury. This side effect does not occur in everyone. If you experience muscle pain or weakness while taking this medication, talk to your doctor immediately.

Breastfeed
Rozavel F 20 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
