Rizora 5 Tablet is used to treat acute attacks of migraine, relieving symptoms and preventing the attack from becoming worse. Rizora 5 Tablet is used to treat acute attacks of migraine. It relieves the symptoms of migraine and prevents the attack from becoming worse. This medicine helps by narrowing the blood vessels, thereby relieving migraine headaches.
Migraine headaches are thought to result from the dilatation of blood vessels in the head. Rizora 5 Tablet works by constricting (narrowing) these blood vessels, thereby relieving the migraine headaches.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rizora 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Have your meals at the same time everyday
- Avoid bright lights and extreme temperatures
- Avoid loud music and noisy places
- Avoid chocolates, cheese, processed food, alcohol and smoking
- Get enough sleep and avoid stress
Alcohol
Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Rizora 5 Tablet. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeed
Rizora 5 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Pregnancy
Rizora 5 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
