By lowering blood pressure, it helps in preventing future heart attacks and strokes. Early treatment with this medicine also improves the chances of survival in patients with heart attacks.
Riotel MT 40mg/50mg Tablet is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Riotel MT 40mg/50mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
- You have been prescribed Riotel MT 40mg/50mg Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure.
- Lowering blood pressure reduces chance of future heart attack & strokes.
- It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can cause sudden increase in your blood pressure.

Alcohol

Breastfeed

Pregnancy
