Rifigon 200 Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used to treat infectious diarrhea. It works by killing and stopping the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestines. Rifigon 200 Tablet can be used alone or in combination with other medicines. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. It should be used in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Take it at the same time each day to get the most benefit and you should keep on taking this medicine for as long as you are prescribed. Stopping it early may make the infection to come back and harder to treat.

The duration for which you may need to take Rifigon 200 Tablet will depend on the specific condition being treated. If it is prescribed for traveler's diarrhea, treatment usually lasts for 3 days. For irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), treatment typically extends for 14 days.

Moreover, this two-week course can provide continued relief for up to ten weeks even after stopping the medication.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rifigon 200 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Alcohol
