Razel-F 10 Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Razel-F 10 Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of 'good' cholesterol (HDL).
Can Razel-F 10 Tablet lead to liver damage?
Razel-F 10 Tablet contains Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. A rare side effect of this medicine is liver damage. Patients with underlying liver disease should avoid using it. If you notice symptoms such as fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzymes, contact your doctor immediately.
