Introduction

Rashnil Cream is a herbal formulation that contains Zasad, Aloe vera, Neem extract, and Coconut oil. It is used to protect and treat rashes caused by nappy and light clothes. The cream provides anti-microbial action as well as soothes skin. Aloe vera contains anti-septic and anti-bacterial properties that protect the skin from bacterial infections, while Neem extract has been revalidated for its anti-microbial action against a wide range of Gram +ve and Gram -ve bacteria. Coconut oil provides perfect moisturising to dry skin, penetrating deep and softening the skin. However, it is recommended to use Rashnil Cream under medical supervision.
