Rabigo 20mg Capsule is a medicine that reduces the amount of acid produced in your stomach, used in the treatment of acid-related diseases of the stomach and intestine. Rabigo 20mg Capsule medicine should be taken one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning. The dose will depend on your underlying condition and how you respond to the medicine. Try to take it regularly at the same time each day as advised by your doctor.
Rabigo 20mg Capsule is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Rabigo 20mg Capsule is to be taken empty stomach.
- Avoid excessive intake of carbonated beverages/soft drinks
- Avoid citrus juices
- Avoid fried food
- Avoid caffeinated beverages like tea and coffee
- Avoid alcohol and smoking
- Avoid eating late at night or before bedtime
- Inform your doctor if you get watery diarrhea
- Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking it for 14 days
- Inform your doctor if you develop decreased urination
- Inform your doctor if you develop edema (swelling due to fluid retention)
- Inform your doctor if you develop lower back pain
- Inform your doctor if you develop nausea
- Inform your doctor if you develop fatigue
- Inform your doctor if you develop rash or fever

Alcohol
Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Rabigo 20mg Capsule. Please consult your doctor.
Breastfeed
Rabigo 20mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Rabigo 20mg Capsule may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
