Q Spar 100mg Tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time of the day. Avoid taking antacids containing aluminum or magnesium within 2 hours before or 2 hours after you take this medicine as this reduces the efficacy of this medicine.
