Ppc Cold 325mg/5mg/5mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of common cold symptoms. It provides relief from symptoms such as runny or blocked nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, body ache, and mild fever. The medicine is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Caffeine, and Phenylephrine. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain. Caffeine increases the effectiveness of paracetamol. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ppc Cold 325mg/5mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Ppc Cold 325mg/5mg/5mg Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.
