Always store this medication in a refrigerator at a temperature of approximately 2°C to 8°C. Avoid placing the Osteofrac 750mcg Injection pens near the ice compartment of the refrigerator, as freezing may damage the medicine and reduce its effectiveness. If stored properly, this medication can be used up to 28 days after the first injection. If the pen is not empty within 28 days, please discard it safely.
Who should not use Osteofrac 750mcg Injection?
The doctor will determine whether this medication is necessary for a patient or not. Certain conditions may contraindicate the use of Osteofrac 750mcg Injection, such as kidney impairment, Paget's disease, bone cancers, or unexplained high levels of serum calcium. Additionally, this medication should not be used by children, young adults, pregnant or lactating females. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor about any medical conditions and medications you are taking, as this will help them design a proper therapy for you.

- Osteofrac 750mcg Injection should be injected every day under the skin (subcutaneous injection) of the thigh or abdomen.
- Do not take it for more than 2 years.
- You may have low blood pressure and dizziness during the initial few days.
- If you feel dizzy (light-headed) after injection, sit or lie down until you feel better.
- Tell your doctor immediately if you experience nausea, vomiting, constipation, low energy, or muscle weakness. These may be signs of high calcium levels in your blood.
- Tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding, pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
