Orawin Gel is a combination of two medicines used to treat mouth ulcers, reducing pain, swelling, redness, and burning sensation. Orawin Gel should be used as directed by your doctor and use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Apply it only in the mouth with clean hands. Orawin Gel is a combination of two medicines: Choline Salicylate and Lidocaine. Choline Salicylate is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) which cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Lidocaine is a local anesthetic. It works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain which decreases the pain sensation.

Keep Orawin Gel in its original container, tightly closed. Store according to the instructions provided on the packaging label or leaflet. Do not dispose of unused medication down the drain; ensure it does not come into contact with pets, children, or other people.
Can I have food after taking Orawin Gel?
Do not eat for 1 hour after taking Orawin Gel because this medicine may impair your ability to swallow.
