Ombro-XL Syrup is used to treat cough with mucus, thinning mucus in the nose, windpipe, and lungs, and providing relief from runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. Ombro-XL Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin. It relieves cough with mucus by relaxing airway muscles, thinning and loosening mucus, and decreasing its stickiness. It is used to treat cough with mucus, runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes.
Ombro-XL Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and widens airways. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus and helps in its removal from the airways.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Ombro-XL Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
