Nortilix P 75mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It works by stopping the movement of pain signals to the brain. The medicine contains Pregabalin and Nortriptyline, where Pregabalin modulates calcium channel activity of the nerve cells and Nortriptyline increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. This combination helps in relieving neuropathic pain. It is important to inform your doctor if you are taking any other pain-relieving medicines or have a history of seizures. Seek immediate medical help if you experience hallucinations, fever, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle twitching, or loss of coordination.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Nortilix P 75mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures. Immediately seek medical help if you experience hallucinations, fever, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle twitching, or loss of coordination. Along with taking Nortilix P 75mg/10mg Tablet, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.
