Nightmax 10 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Nightmax 10 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Nightmax 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Nightmax 10 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Can the use of Nightmax 10 Tablet affect fertility?
Nightmax 10 Tablet does not affect fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on fertility.
Do I need to avoid alcohol while taking Nightmax 10 Tablet?
Small amounts of alcohol may not cause any discomfort. However, consuming excessive alcohol (5 units or more) can increase the likelihood of experiencing headaches, dizziness, an increased heart rate, or low blood pressure.
Does Nightmax 10 Tablet delay ejaculation?
Nightmax 10 Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue Nightmax 10 Tablet?
If you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, a sudden decrease in hearing, or hearing loss, ringing in your ears, and dizziness, you should immediately consult your doctor. Additionally, if you experience prolonged erections for more than 4 hours or painful erections for more than 6 hours, you must contact your doctor immediately.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nightmax 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Nightmax 10 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.

Breastfeed

Pregnancy
Nightmax 10 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
