It also reduces inflammation in the airways and makes breathing easier.
Montek LC Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levocetirizine and Montelukast. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms.
What is Montek LC Tablet?
Montek LC Tablet contains two active ingredients: Montelukast and Levocetirizine. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and cough by lowering chemicals in the body that cause them. It also helps to reduce inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose. Montelukast blocks another chemical messenger (leukotriene), which further helps to relieve allergy symptoms.
