Minicam Gel is a pain relieving medicine used to treat moderate to severe pain by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers and helps relieve pain and swelling on the joints and muscles. Minicam Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to treat moderate to severe pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation (pain and swelling).

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.
- Minicam Gel helps relieve pain and swelling of various joints and muscles.
- Rub it gently over the affected area until it is absorbed.
- Do not apply to broken, diseased, infected or irritated skin or to open wounds.
- Avoid contact with your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Stop using Minicam Gel and immediately inform your doctor if you notice skin rashes, sores, blisters or ulcers in the mouth, nose, throat or genitals.

Breastfeed
Minicam Gel is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. The baby's skin should not come into direct contact with the treated area of skin. Water-miscible cream/gel is preferred as ointments may expose the baby to harmful effects of Minicam Gel via licking.
Pregnancy
Minicam Gel may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
