Migralurk-Plus Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Propranolol and Flunarizine which prevents migraine. Propranolol is a beta blocker and Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker. They work by stabilizing the reactive nerve cells and increasing the threshold to migraine activation. They also inhibit cortical spreading depression (CSD- electric waves that move across the brain and cause pain and inflammation)

Use of Migralurk-Plus Tablet SR is contraindicated in patients with allergy to any of its ingredients or excipients. This medicine contains propranolol, and therefore should be avoided in patients with asthma, slow heart rate, abnormal heart rhythms, or heart conditions such as AV block or sick sinus syndrome. Additionally, since this medication also contains flunarizine, use should be avoided in patients with a history of depression or Parkinson's disease.
