Metograf AM 5 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines that help control high blood pressure, heart rate, and heart-related chest pain. It is used for heart-related chest pain (angina), abnormal heart rhythms, and chronic (long-term) heart failure. The medicine is available in tablet form and should be taken as advised by your doctor.
Metograf AM 5 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines that work together to control high blood pressure, heart rate, and heart-related chest pain.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Metograf AM 5 mg/25 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor as it can cause sudden increase in your blood pressure.
- Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Metograf AM 5 mg/25 mg Tablet.
Breastfeed
