Mesaflux 1.2 CR Tablet is an anti-inflammatory medicine used to treat ulcerative colitis and Crohn's ileocolitis by reducing inflammation in the bowel. Mesaflux 1.2 CR Tablet is an aminosalicylate used to treat mild inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's ileocolitis. It may also be used to treat Crohn's ileocolitis. The dose will depend on what you are being treated for, but take it exactly as your doctor prescribes. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early, your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen.
Mesaflux 1.2 CR Tablet is an aminosalicylate that works by suppressing the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause inflammation (swelling) in the intestines. This reduces ulceration, bleeding, and stomach pain, and prevents future flare-ups of the disease.
Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Mesaflux 1.2 CR Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Breastfeed
Mesaflux 1.2 CR Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. If you are taking Mesaflux 1.2 CR Tablet, monitor the baby for diarrhea.
Pregnancy
Mesaflux 1.2 CR Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
