Megazolid 600 Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used in the treatment of severe bacterial infections, such as pneumonia, skin, and soft tissue infections. Megazolid 600 Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used in the treatment of severe bacterial infections. It is used to treat infections of the lungs (pneumonia), skin, and soft tissues. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. You should take it regularly as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course even when you feel better. If you stop taking this medicine too early then infection may return or worsen.

What foods should I avoid while taking Megazolid 600 Tablet?
You should avoid consuming large quantities of food high in tyramine. Tyramine-containing foods include fermented, cured, aged, or spoiled items such as cheese, red wine, pickles, overripe fruits, etc. Consuming tyramine while taking Megazolid 600 Tablet may lead to elevated blood pressure, which could pose a risk to your health and potentially lead to an emergency situation.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Megazolid 600 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Megazolid 600 Tablet with tyramine-rich food such as cheese, smoked fish, meats and some types of beer.
- Take it with food to avoid an upset stomach.
- Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection to come back and harder to treat.
- Do not take it for more than 14 days without consulting your doctor.
- Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
- Avoid taking excessive cheese, processed meats, alcohol, or soy sauce while taking this medication as these may cause an excessive rise in your blood pressure.

- Do not take it for more than 14 days without consulting your doctor.
Alcohol

Breastfeed
