If you're starting treatment after tamoxifen (another anti-estrogen for breast cancer) or surgery, you should continue for 5 years or until the tumor returns, whichever comes first. There may also be sequential treatment options where Maxletro 2.5mg Tablet is given for 2 years followed by tamoxifen for 3 years.
