Macbery LS Expectorant is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that thins and loosens phlegm (mucus) for easier coughing. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that works by relaxing airway muscles and widening the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus and helps remove it from the airways.
