Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop is an eye lubricant or artificial tears used to relieve dry eyes by maintaining proper lubrication of the eyes. Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop is usually taken when needed. Use the number of drops as advised by your doctor. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering any other medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Do not use a bottle if the seal is broken before you open it. Always wash your hands and do not touch the end of the dropper. This could infect your eye. This medicine may require long-term use and can be taken safely for as long as you need it.

Additionally, it lubricates and re-wet soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses. It is also indicated for relieving dryness, irritation, and discomfort associated with lens wear.
What are the side effects of Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop?
Possible side effects of Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop include visual disturbances, eye discharge, and potential medication residue in the eyes. Other reported side effects can be redness of the eye, eye irritation, burning, discomfort, eyelid swelling, and itchy eyes.
How should Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop be stored?
Store at or below 25°C and out of the reach of children. Do not touch the tip of the container to any surface and replace the cap after every use. Remember not to use the eye drops after the expiry date or after 30 days of opening it.
How should Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop be used?
If using for dry eyes, instill 1 or 2 drops into each affected eye as needed. For lubricating soft and rigid gas-permeable lenses, apply 1 to 2 drops to each eye with the lenses in place as needed or as directed by your doctor. Blinking several times after pouring the drops is recommended.
Is Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop bad?
Lubnix Lubricant Eye Drop is a safe medicine and is not harmful when used appropriately. However, in some patients it may cause temporary eye irritation (burning and discomfort), pain in the eye, itchy eyes, or visual disturbances. If any of these effects persist, seek medical attention immediately.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.
