It is a combination of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula. Lactitol monohydrate works by increasing peristalsis (contractions) in the colon leading to an increase in the number of bowel movements. Ispaghula Husk works by absorbing water and increasing stool volume making it softer and easier to pass out.

How should Looz Fibre Granules be taken?
Take Looz Fibre Granules exactly as your doctor tells you to, or as directed on the pack. Pour a scoop of granules (15g) into a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir well, and then drink the liquid as soon as possible.

Looz Fibre Granules is not recommended for patients with known allergies to any of its components or excipients. It should be avoided in patients with chronic constipation or intestinal obstruction.
