Looz Fibre Granules is a combination of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula. Lactitol monohydrate works by increasing peristalsis (contractions) in the colon leading to an increase in the number of bowel movements. Ispaghula Husk works by absorbing water and increasing stool volume making it softer and easier to pass out.
How should I take Looz Fibre Granules?
Take Looz Fibre Granules exactly as directed by your doctor or as indicated on the packaging. To prepare the granules, pour a scoop (15g) into a glass of water (approximately 150ml), stir well, and consume the liquid as soon as possible.
