Logiket Plus Cream is a combination medicine used to treat different kinds of skin infections. Logiket Plus Cream is a combination medicine used to treat different kinds of skin infections. It works by stopping the growth of infection-causing bacteria on your skin. This minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching.
Logiket Plus Cream is a combination of five medicines: Ketoconazole, Clioquinol (Iodochlorhydroxyquin), Tolnaftate, Neomycin, and Clobetasol. Ketoconazole and Tolnaftate is an antifungal medication. It kills and stops the growth of the fungi by destroying its cell membrane. Clioquinol belongs to a category of drugs called hydroxyquinoline antifungal agents. It acts by interacting with DNA synthesis thus killing the fungi that are responsible for causing the infection. Neomycin is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Clobetasol is a steroid. It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy.
Apply it as a thin layer onto a clean, dry, unbroken infected area of skin. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.
