Listerine Cavity Fighter Mouthwash is a liquid mouthwash that contains fluoride and four essential oils to help prevent tooth cavities, bad breath, plaque, and gum problems. It is intended for external use only and is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Directions for Use
Take 20 ml mouthwash and gargle for 30 seconds twice a day. Do not rinse with water or eat and drink for 30 minutes post rinse.

The mouthwash contains fluoride, which helps build a protective layer on teeth to make them resistant to decay. The four essential oils (menthol, thymol, eucalyptol, and methyl salicylate) have antibacterial properties that help fight germs responsible for bad breath, plaque, and gum problems.
