Lesuride Injection is a medicine used to treat gastrointestinal problems like functional dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, and diabetic gastroparesis. Lesuride Injection is a medicine used in the treatment of gastrointestinal problems like functional dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, and diabetic gastroparesis. It improves food movement and treats disorders of the stomach and intestines.
Lesuride Injection is an atypical antipsychotic. It works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger). This increases the movement of stomach and intestines and prevents reflux (acid going up to the food pipe) as well as nausea or vomiting. Since it modulates the motor function of the gastrointestinal tract it also improves delayed gastric emptying.
