Lespride Tablet is used to treat gastric problems like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, or indigestion. Lespride Tablet is used in the treatment of gastric problems like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, or indigestion. It also prevents acid reflux (acid going up to the food pipe) and hence helps in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Lespride Tablet is a atypical antipsychotic. It works by increasing the release of acetylcholine (a chemical messenger). This increases the movement of stomach and intestines and prevents reflux (acid going up to the food pipe).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lespride Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
