Laxihusk Granules is a combination medicine used in the treatment of constipation. It works by softening the stools to help in the easy passage of stools. Laxihusk Granules is a combination medicine used for short-term relief from constipation. It contains lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula, which work together to increase bowel movements and soften stools. This medicine should be taken at bedtime as it requires 6 to 8 hours to show effect. It is important to take it at least 2 hours after other medications to avoid interference with their absorption. Consult your doctor if you have a history of stomach disorders such as appendicitis or bowel blockage. Do not take any other laxative along with Laxihusk Granules without consulting your doctor.
Laxihusk Granules is a combination of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula. Lactitol monohydrate works by increasing peristalsis (contractions) in the colon, leading to an increase in the number of bowel movements. Ispaghula Husk works by absorbing water and increasing stool volume, making it softer and easier to pass out.
