Kufril LS Plus Expectorant is a combination of Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used for the treatment of cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that thins and loosens phlegm (mucus), making it easier to cough out. Levosalbutamol acts as a bronchodilator by relaxing airway muscles and widening them. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of phlegm and aids its removal from the airways.
