Kofgir-LS Syrup is a combination medication containing Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It's used to treat coughs with phlegm ( mucus). Ambroxol is a mucolytic, which thins and loosens mucus for easier cough. Levosalbutamol acts as a bronchodilator by relaxing airway muscles, widening the airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that reduces mucus stickiness, aiding in its removal from the airways.
