This provides temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Can I give Karnose Kid Nasal Drops to my child continuously for more than 2 weeks if he has on and off nasal congestion?
Do not use Karnose Kid Nasal Drops for longer than 10 consecutive days as it may lead to complications like "atrophic rhinitis". Also, do not abruptly stop using the medicine; stopping suddenly can cause rebound congestion in your child. It is recommended to follow the prescribed dosage schedule.
What if I give too much of Karnose Kid Nasal Drops to my child by mistake?
An overdose of Karnose Kid Nasal Drops may cause severe dizziness, sweating, low body temperature, headaches, bradycardia (slow heart rate), high blood pressure, respiratory depression, coma, and convulsions. In addition, children are more sensitive to toxicity than adults, so it is crucial to contact your child's doctor immediately if this occurs.
How to use Karnose Kid Nasal Drops in my child?
Before using Karnose Kid Nasal Drops, ask your child to clear their nose by gently blowing. Ask them to lie down and look upwards. Tilt your child's head back as far as comfortably possible or, if lying on a bed, keep the head over the side. Open the cap of the medicine container and without touching the nozzle to the nose, apply the medication into each nostril. After tilting their head, ask them to keep their head tilted for a short time to allow the drops to spread throughout the nose. Replace the cap right away after use. If the drop misses the nose completely, administer the drop again. If any part of the drop enters the nose, do not administer it again. Repeat for the other nostril. Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the cap right away. To avoid spreading infection, the bottle should only be used by one person.
When should I call my child’s doctor right away?
Call your child's doctor immediately if they experience symptoms such as insomnia, dizziness, tremors, irregular heartbeat, or elevated blood pressure after using Karnose Kid Nasal Drops.
Can other medicines be given at the same time as Karnose Kid Nasal Drops?
Karnose Kid Nasal Drops might interact with other medications or substances. Consult your child's doctor about all other medications they are taking before starting Karnose Kid Nasal Drops. Always seek medical advice from a healthcare professional before administering any medicine to your child.
In what position should I make my child sleep when he is having a stuffy nose?
To sleep with a stuffy nose, position your child on their back with a pillow to help the mucus drain out. Avoid sleeping on their side as this can increase congestion in one or both nostrils.
Use the medicine as directed by your doctor. Do not give more than the recommended dose as it can lead to side effects. Do not use it more than 3 times a day.
