Joysquare 10 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Joysquare 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Joysquare 10 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

Does Joysquare 10 Tablet affect fertility?
Joysquare 10 Tablet does not impact fertility. It works by relaxing muscles in the penis to facilitate blood flow, without affecting reproductive functions.
Should I avoid alcohol while taking Joysquare 10 Tablet?
While moderate alcohol consumption may not cause discomfort, excessive alcohol intake (more than 5 units) could increase the likelihood of experiencing headaches or dizziness, rapid heartbeat, and low blood pressure.
Does Joysquare 10 Tablet delay ejaculation?
Joysquare 10 Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is intended for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue Joysquare 10 Tablet?
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience: sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden hearing loss or ringing in the ears accompanied by dizziness. Additionally, contact your doctor immediately if you experience prolonged erections lasting more than 4 hours, or painful erections lasting more than 6 hours.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Joysquare 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Joysquare 10 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- Do not use Joysquare 10 Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Joysquare 10 Tablet.
Breastfeed
Information regarding the use of Joysquare 10 Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. Joysquare 10 Tablet is not indicated for use in women.
Pregnancy
Joysquare 10 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
