J Kuff LS Syrup is a combination medication that contains three active ingredients: Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol (also known as Levalbuterol), and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat coughs accompanied by mucus. Ambroxol helps to thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to cough up. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and widens airways. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that reduces mucus stickiness and helps remove it from the airways.
