Indifer Syrup is a medication used to treat iron deficiency anemia, iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron, and nutritional anemia, especially during pregnancy and lactation. Indifer Syrup contains Ferrous Fumarate and Folic Acid as its key ingredients. Ferrous Fumarate prevents low blood levels of iron during anemia or pregnancy and is required for the production of red blood cells. Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin B, required for the production of healthy red blood cells in adults and children and prevents anemia. It also aids in the breaking down, use and creation of new proteins in the body.
