Do not stop taking it suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it may increase your blood sugar levels and put you at risk of serious complications like kidney damage and blindness. This medicine is part of a treatment program that includes a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight reduction as advised by your doctor. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly while taking this medicine. Common side effects include flatulence (gas), stomach pain, loss of appetite, constipation, and diarrhea. Consult your doctor if these side effects bother you or do not go away. This medicine does not cause hypoglycemia by itself but can lead to low blood sugar levels when used with other diabetes medicines. Before taking it, inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems. Avoid excessive alcohol intake as it may increase the risk of hypoglycemia.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Ibvog MD 0.2 Tablet.
