Ibuspa 400mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Dicyclomine. Ibuprofen and Paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) thereby relieving cramps and pain.
Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking it. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking this medicine. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
