Hyoswift 20mg Injection is used to treat pain due to smooth muscle spasm and relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Hyoswift 20mg Injection is generally administered by your doctor or nurse. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early, your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect or be affected by this medicine.
Hyoswift 20mg Injection is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self-administer.
- Do not skip any dose and finish the complete course as suggested by the doctor.
- Use caution while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as Hyoswift 20mg Injection can cause dizziness and sleepiness.
- It may cause diarrhea. Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration while taking this medicine.
- Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it may lead to side effects.
- Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness.
Breastfeed
Hyoswift 20mg Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Pregnancy
Hyoswift 20mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you.
