Gudtel-M 25 Tablet ER is a medicine used for treating high blood pressure by lowering blood pressure, preventing future heart attacks and strokes, and improving survival chances in patients with heart attacks. Gudtel-M 25 Tablet ER is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate. It is used for treating high blood pressure. By lowering blood pressure, it helps in preventing future heart attacks and strokes. Early treatment with this medicine also improves the chances of survival in patients with heart attacks.
Gudtel-M 25 Tablet ER is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Telmisartan and Metoprolol Succinate.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gudtel-M 25 Tablet ER is to be taken with food.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Gudtel-M 25 Tablet ER.
Breastfeed
Gudtel-M 25 Tablet ER is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
